Article 1 - Introductory provisions

  1. This document informs visitors of https://123audit.sk about which cookies and similar browser storage technologies we use, for what purpose, and what rights visitors have in connection with their use.
  2. The website operator is RedBlue s. r. o. (the "Operator").
  3. This document forms part of the personal data protection framework; more detailed information about personal data processing is available in the Privacy Policy.
  4. When using cookies and similar technologies, the Operator acts in accordance with:
    • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR);
    • Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection;
    • Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications, including Section 109 on the use of cookies;
    • Directive 2002/58/EC on privacy and electronic communications (ePrivacy).

Article 2 - What cookies and similar technologies are

  1. Cookies are small text files that a website stores in a visitor's browser. They are used to remember information between visits, such as preferences, login status or security tokens.
  2. Similar technologies include localStorage and sessionStorage - mechanisms made available by the browser for storing data on the visitor's device. From a privacy perspective, they behave similarly to cookies, although they differ technically because they are not sent with every request to the server.
  3. In this document, the term "cookies" is used in a broader sense, also covering localStorage and sessionStorage unless stated otherwise.

Article 3 - Which cookies and similar technologies we use

3.1 Classic HTTP cookies

The website 123audit.sk uses the following technical cookies, which are necessary for the website to function:

The cookies contain only the language code, never a visitor identifier, and are not linked to any analytics. Under § 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. they do not require consent.

Both cookies are set by the server — on the first visit (detected language) and when the language is changed manually in the switcher — with the attributes Path=/, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure, i.e. they are not accessible to scripts in the browser and are transmitted only over an encrypted connection.

Each new type of cookie will be reflected in an appropriate update of this document.

3.2 localStorage

The website 123audit.sk does not use the browser's localStorage.

3.3 sessionStorage

The Operator uses the browser's sessionStorage for a single helper item of the order form:

3.4 Third-party cookies

The website 123audit.sk does not use third-party cookies - no analytics tools (Google Analytics, Matomo, etc.), no marketing tools (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) and no third-party tracking scripts. We measure traffic and the use of the order forms with the Operator's own tool, without cookies and without storing data on the device (Privacy Policy, Article 3.1).

If we add analytics or marketing tools that store data on the visitor's device in the future, we will do so only with the visitor's explicit consent through a cookies banner, and this document will be updated accordingly.

Article 4 - Consent to cookies

  1. Technical (necessary) cookies - including sessionStorage items under Article 3.3 - are necessary for the basic functionality of the website, such as remembering the selected language and operating the order form. For these, the Operator does not require consent under Section 109 of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications and Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, because they are strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the visitor.
  2. The Operator currently does not use cookies other than necessary cookies, such as analytics, marketing, profiling or similar cookies. Traffic is measured without cookies and without storing data on the device (Privacy Policy, Article 3.1). If optional cookies are introduced in the future, consent will be requested through a cookies banner before they are activated.
  3. Because the website currently does not use any optional cookies and stores nothing on the visitor's device, no cookies banner is displayed.

Article 5 - How to manage and delete cookies

  1. The visitor has the right at any time to:
    • delete cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage in their browser;
    • disable cookie storage in browser settings;
    • change privacy settings in the browser.
  2. Cookie management instructions for the most common browsers:
    • Google Chrome - Settings -> Privacy and security -> Cookies and other site data
    • Mozilla Firefox - Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Cookies and Site Data
    • Microsoft Edge - Settings -> Cookies and site permissions
    • Apple Safari - Preferences -> Privacy -> Manage Website Data
  3. Notice: Deleting or blocking technical cookies / localStorage / sessionStorage may affect website functionality, for example the selected language may not be remembered.

Article 6 - Retention period

Retention periods for individual items are listed in Article 3 of this document. After the period expires, or after deletion by the visitor, the items are automatically removed from the browser.

Article 7 - Personal data processing in connection with cookies

  1. Some cookies and data stored in localStorage / sessionStorage may contain information that is considered personal data under GDPR, for example the language preference.
  2. Processing of this data is governed by the rules set out in the Privacy Policy, which describes purposes, legal bases, retention periods and data subject rights.
  3. Data entered in the order form is not stored in the browser storage; it is sent to the Operator only when the respective order step is submitted.

Article 8 - Changes to this document

  1. The Operator is entitled to amend this document unilaterally. The current wording is always published on 123audit.sk in the Cookies section, including the effective date and version.
  2. In the event of material changes, for example adding new cookie types or introducing analytics tools, the Operator will draw attention to them in an appropriate way, such as through a cookies banner or a visible notice on the website.
